The piano has been regularly maintained and tuned every year or two and is currently in tuned condition although it will probably need to be tuned after being moved to a new location. This piano is in excellent and beautiful condition that is waiting to be used by someone who can appreciate its' true value.

He is the second owner used by his wife and it was purchased used in 2002 at Keyboard Concepts with full documentation and serial number A52140 which would make this piano one of the last that Kimball made in the United States. This piano is for pick-up only in Phoenix AZ unless the buyer wants to make arrangements and pay for shipping. It comes with two benches, the one with the gold velvet top has a repair on the leg but will still bear weight. There are some cosmetic flaws that show in the photos. My grandkids have used it to take lessons. It hasn't been tuned recently but it still sounds good. It was appraised approx 10 yrs ago for $4500.00.

Had we brought the Kawai in by itself, the children would have thought it was the best thing they had ever touched. Then we moved to a larger place and one day I found a deal on these two instruments and had them delivered together. They always longed for a baby grand and didn't even hope for a grand because I said they were too big and too expensive. My children played a Kimball upright we got from a school. Maybe you like big band music played bluegrass style! Recorded on a smartphone so audio isn't stellar. But now that I did all that work to put the link in there. Work is thin right now so we're selling luxuries like these two pianos(I also have a 1925 Steinway B 7' Grand for $35.000, also in excellent condition) to hear it being played. My family is musically minded so we have good instruments for the children. Most recent tuning was about 3 months ago. Strings appear slightly aged but still in excellent shape, as is voicing. Everything looks essentially new, including Bridges, Pinblock, Action. Or it wasn't played much in the last 25 years since it was.
